These Terms of Service govern your use of FanPearl.

Eligibility

FanPearl is an 18+ platform. By creating an account you confirm you are at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, if higher) and that you consent to viewing adult content.

Content

Creators are responsible for the content they upload and confirm they hold all necessary rights and consents, and that all persons depicted are 18 or older and have consented to publication.

Payments

Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date. Pay-per-view content is billed at the time of purchase. All payments are processed by a third-party payment provider.

All sales are final — no refunds

Everything sold on FanPearl — pay-per-view posts, paid messages and attachments, paid voice notes, subscriptions and gifts — is digital content delivered immediately once your payment is confirmed. All purchases are therefore final and non-refundable.

By completing a purchase, you expressly request immediate access to the digital content and acknowledge that you lose your 14-day right of withdrawal as soon as access begins (EU Directive 2011/83/EU, Art. 16(m)).

Subscription cancellation

You can cancel a subscription at any time from your settings. Cancellation stops future renewals and takes effect at the end of the period you have already paid for; you keep access until then. No pro-rata refund is given for the remaining period.

Chargebacks and fraud

If a payment is disputed with your bank (chargeback) or found to be fraudulent, access to the content bought with it is revoked immediately and your account may be suspended.

Account suspension

FanPearl reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, applicable law, or our content policy.
